The season is almost upon us when all the travel little league teams will think of ordering their baseball trading pins. With so many options and design possibilities available, it can be confusing sometimes as to what will best suit your team’s needs. Well, that’s where we come in. We thought we would put together a few suggestions to avoid delays and frustration this season.
First, and the number-one rule, is order as early as possible. Nothing would be more aggravating than to learn that your order of baseball trading pins couldn’t be made and delivered on time. While our normal turnaround time is a week to ten days – this all gets thrown out the window when the months of June and July close in. The rush of last-minute orders literally clogs the factories with orders, which draws out the delivery dates for custom trading pins.
Second, if you happen to be in a rush for your trading pins, avoid special options like danglers, spinners, and glitter colors. Danglers and spinners require hand assembly, which extends the ship date about 2-3 days. Glitter colors are great additions and can really make your designs “pop” – however, the epoxy dome that normally protects glitter enamel adds an extra full day to production. This means your pins would be shipped a day behind an order without glitter.
Third, always order a quantity over and above what you think you need. Players often blast through their pins in record time when involved in the heat of trading, and its always better to keep them busy with continued trading rather than watch them stand by as other players have a more than adequate supply of pins to trade.
